4. Final Confirmation: Once the Client confirms the design, we proceed to the development phase. It is at this point that the design is considered final and binding.

Development Phase

Upon confirmation of the design by the Client, we initiate the development phase. This phase involves significant allocation of resources, time, and effort from our team to bring the approved design to life. As such, we are unable to offer refunds once development has started.

Performance Marketing Services

For our performance marketing services, including Meta Ads and Google Ads, we tailor strategies and campaigns specifically for each Client. Given the bespoke nature of these services and the resources involved, refunds are not provided once a campaign has commenced.
